For this reason it is difficult for NIDA students to maintain regular part-time jobs. During production terms students may also be required for rehearsals after hours and on weekends.Īdditional time also needs to be allocated to library work, research, preparation for classes and private study. Students are at NIDA from 9am to 6pm from Monday to Friday. You will do all this in NIDA’s state-of-the-art professional theatres and facilities which provide you with the best possible learning environment.īy the end of your training, you will be a flexible, adaptive, future-facing artist capable of the highest level of artistic expression and ready for a confident life-long career. You will work alongside inspirational staff and guest artists that have contemporary knowledge relevant to the demands of industry.
